In-stock items ship within 24hrs; custom plush takes 2-3 weeks. Delivery takes 3-7 business days (US).

Can I return or exchange a plush toy?

Unused, unwashed items with original packaging can be returned/exchanged within 30 days. Quality issues get free return shipping.

How long does custom plush production take?

2-3 weeks total: 3 days for design draft, 1 week for sample, 1-2 weeks for mass production.
